Storehouse of Roman Emperor Trajan

Roman Emperor Trajan, who expanded the Roman Empire to its greatest territorial extent, was also known for his extensive public building project. Ruins of the Storehouses of Roman Emperor Trajan's harbour Centumcellae can be seen in piazza Calamatta, less than 400 metres far from the cruise terminal.
